Itinerary

Start your visit at Claude Monet’s House (Maison de Monet), where you can explore the charming pink house where the artist lived from 1883 until his death in 1926. Wander through the beautifully maintained gardens that served as the inspiration for his famous water lily paintings. Explore the Clos Normand, Monet’s flower garden, which features a stunning array of flowers arranged by color and season. Admire the Japanese bridge covered with wisterias and lilies, just like in Monet’s paintings.

OPTIONAL : Visit the Musée des Impressionnismes (Museum of Impressionisms), which showcases exhibitions related to Impressionist art and its influence. The museum often features works by Monet and his contemporaries.

Depending on the tour schedule, you may have some free time to explore more of Giverny on your own. Consider visiting other local attractions or relaxing in the peaceful countryside atmosphere.

If time permits, visit Vernon, a nearby town with its own historical attractions such as the Old Mill and the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame.
