Welcome to Normandy Private Tours (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a private tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit and you receive a confirmation email from us.

1.2 Payment Terms: 30% Payment upon reservation. 70% balance to  be settled 30 days before the travel date.

1.3 Pricing: All prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by You:

• Up to 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.

• Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.

2.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Changes to Booking

3.1 Changes by You: If you wish to change your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before the tour. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

3.2 Changes by Us: We will inform you promptly if any changes to the tour itinerary are necessary. We will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

4. Liability

4.1 Personal Injury and Loss: We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour unless caused by our negligence.

4.2 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the services provided by third parties, such as transport or accommodation.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Health Requirements: You must ensure you are in good health to participate in the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

5.2 Safety Instructions: You must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the tour who does not comply with these instructions.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1 Insurance Coverage: We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, and personal liability.

7. Behavior and Conduct

7.1 Conduct: We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards others, including fellow travelers, guides, and local communities. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the tour if you engage in disruptive or dangerous behavior.

8. Privacy

8.1 Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.

9.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates.
